6 microwave safe cups 6 grade AA large eggs Hot tap water White vinegar Spaghetti sauce Picante sauce (use mild unless you have @#LLS!) 1. Place about 3 tablespoons hot tap water into each cup. 2. Add a few (5 or 6) drops of vinegar to the water. 3. Cook the water/vinegar for about 90 seconds, until it boils. 4. Crack an egg into cup, and remember to stab the yolk or you may be scraping the egg off the walls and roof of the microwave oven. 5. Nuke the cups again until the slimy stuff is white and the yolk looks like it is getting hard. 6. Place three eggs, drained of the water/vinegar, onto a plate. 7. Cover with warm spaghetti sauce and picante sauce. 8. Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese over the top of the entire thing. 9. Eat with toast/butter. |
