CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI DIJON 
1 lb. chicken cubes
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 lb. mushrooms
1 1/2 c. broccoli
4 oz. wide egg noodles
1 c. milk
1 pkg. McCormick/Schilling chicken Dijon sauce blend

Brown chicken in oil. Add mushrooms and cooked noodles. Mix sauce blend with milk and pour over chicken. Add broccoli. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
