TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
8 oz. noodles
2 c. tuna, well drained
1 1/2 c. sour cream or 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1 c. diced mushrooms, drained (3 oz.)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles as directed. Return drained noodles to casserole. Stir in tuna, sour cream or soup, milk, mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Mix bread crumbs, cheese and butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Sprinkle with paprika (optional). Bake uncovered 35-40 minutes or until bubbly.
