CHICKEN AND SPAGHETTI 
1 whole chicken
1 lb. spaghetti
1 med. onion
2 ribs celery
Butter or olive oil
1 lg. can tomatoes or tomato sauce
2 c. chicken broth
Pinch oregano
Salt to taste
1/4 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cook chicken, save broth; take meat off bones and cut into bite size pieces. Cook spaghetti; mix with chicken and place in buttered casserole.

SAUCE: Saute onions and celery in butter or oil. Add tomatoes (or sauce), broth and seasonings. Pour sauce over chicken and spaghetti. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. The last 15 minutes top with cheddar cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
