CHICKEN ROLL-UPS 
6 bones chicken breasts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. butter
6 slices bacon
Fresh chopped scallions or chives or freeze dried chives

Divide cream cheese into 6 equal parts. Pound chicken breasts to 1/2 inch thickness.

Place a piece of cream cheese on each chicken breast. Sprinkle with chives and dot with butter. Fold ends over the filling. Wrap 1 slices bacon around each roll.

Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until chicken is tender.
