PEAR PIE 
3 c. cooked, mashed pears
1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. soft butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease pie pan. Mix pears and spices. Pour into pan. Beat remaining ingredients (except streusel) until smooth in blender. Pour over pears. Sprinkle with streusel. Bake 55-65 minutes. Cool before cutting.

STREUSEL:

Mix 1 cup Bisquick, 1/2 cup chopped pecans, 1/3 cup brown sugar, and 3 tablespoons soft butter until crumbly.
