1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg, beaten

Mix together to form dough. Line a 9x13 inch cake pan with dough. 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 eggs

Beat all ingredients. Pour on top of dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
