SMOOTHIE 
1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
1 c. fresh or frozen berries of your choice (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, boysenberries, etc.)
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2 c. nonfat milk
2 oz. tofu or 1/2 c. yogurt, if you wish

Place all of the ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
