2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. cocoa
3 c. quick oats
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter, milk and cocoa in pan and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add oats, peanut butter, nuts and vanilla. Beat and drop on cookie sheet.
