PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM PIE 
18 Keebler Fudge Nutty cookies, crushed
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Crush cookies and mix with melted butter. Press along sides and bottom of a 9-inch pie pan; freeze.

FILLING:

1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1/3 c. peanut butter (plain or chunky)
8 oz. carton Cool Whip, thawed

Fold ice cream, peanut butter and Cool Whip together, and pour in frozen cookie pie shell. Keep in freezer until ready to serve.

Great with hot fudge sauce topping.
