VEGGIE BARS 
2 pkgs. crescent roll dough
12 oz. light cream cheese
1 c. chopped onion (red)
2/3 c. lite mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
4 c. veggies
4 oz. slivered almonds
1/4 c. sliced olives
8 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese

Broccoli, cauliflower, celery, carrots, etc.

Press dough in pan and press seams out. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes or until golden brown. Mix cream cheese, onion, mayo, garlic salt and spread over crust. Finely chop 4 cups of your favorite veggies and almonds. Press into filling. Sprinkle olives and cheese over top and refrigerate. Keeps well.
