HAYSTACKS 
2 (12 oz.) bags butterscotch chips or chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) bag chow mein noodles
1 (15 oz.) can Planters peanuts

Melt butterscotch chips. Remove from heat. Add chow mein noodles and peanuts. Drop by teaspoons on waxed paper to form haystacks.
