CREAMY PORK CHOPS AND POTATOES 
4 pork chops
2 baking potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Place potatoes and onion in 8 x 8 inch casserole. Mix soup and milk. Pour into casserole. Top with pork chops, cover and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour 15 minutes. Serves 4.
