1/2 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 1/4 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 pkg. Oreo cookies (3 rolls or 1 lg. pkg.)

Blend together butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Blend together 2 packages pudding, milk and Cool Whip. Mix first 2 mixtures together.

Crush Oreo cookies. Layer cookie crumbs and mixture in flower pot or clear glass dish, scatter gummy worms throughout for humor and top with flowers.
