CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
3 chicken breasts
12 oz. spaghetti
8 oz. Velveeta (light)
1 can of cream of chicken soup (light)
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped

Boil chicken, when cooked, debone and cube. In boiling stock from chicken, cook spaghetti, pepper, onion, and celery. Drain when tender. Heat cheese and soup in microwave, add spaghetti and chicken.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
