PASTRY SHELL - 9 INCH DOUBLE 
Blend with pastry blender:

3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. Crisco

Beat together in small bowl and add to flour mix.

1 egg
5 tbsp. ice water
2 tsp. vinegar

Blend into ball, divide into 4 parts and roll.
