PASSOVER ROLLS 
1/2 c. oil
2 c. Matzo meal
2 tbsp. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt.

Bring to boil oil, sugar, water and salt. Turn off. Add Matzo meal, let stand 5 minutes. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Grease pan and hands. Shape into balls. Bake at 450 degrees for 1/2 hour, then turn down to 375 degrees for another 1/2 hour.
