LAYERED LETTUCE SALAD | |
1/2 bowl lettuce, chopped 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped 1/2 c. onion, diced 1/2 c. celery, diced 1 pkg. frozen peas (cook and cool) 1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise 2 tbsp. sugar 4 oz. grated mild Cheddar cheese 1/2 jar Baco's Place in serving bowl all vegetables in order given. Spread mayonnaise over top and "seal" top and to edges of bowl. Sprinkle sugar on top. Then remaining ingredients. Refrigerate covered several hours or overnight. When served - do not stir. |
