CHOCOLATE MERINGUE PIE 
3 tbsp. flour (plain)
1 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/4 c. milk
3 eggs, separated
1/4 c. butter
Pastry shell, baked

Mix flour, 1 cup of the sugar, and cocoa in saucepan. Stir in milk a little at a time. Add egg yolks and butter. Cook until thickened. Cool. Pour into pastry shell. Beat egg whites adding the remaining sugar to make meringue. Bake at 400 degrees until meringue is golden.
