COCOA BROWNIES 
4 egg whites
1/2 c. Puritan oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Oil bottom of 9 x 9 inch pan. Set aside. Place egg whites in large bowl. Beat with spoon until slightly frothy. Add Puritan oil and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Stir in sugar and cocoa. Mix well. Stir in flour and salt until blended. Pour into pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 22 to 26 minutes. Avoid overbaking. Cool completely before cutting. 1 1/2 dozen brownies.
