LOW-CAL SALAD DRESSING 
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Fructose (or 1 packet Equal)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Mix all ingredients in a jar with a tight lid; shake well to mix. Add 1 cup water; shake again to mix.
