CORN PUDDING 
1/4 c. butter, melted and divided
4 c. cream style corn
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Salt and pepper
Bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 10 inch baking dish 2 1/2 inches deep, with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Combine corn, eggs, flour, evaporated milk, 2 tablespoons melted butter, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Pour mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Dot with remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes clean. Serve hot. Makes 8 servings.
