LEMON JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. box lemon jello
2 c. boiling water
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
5 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 pt. whipped cream
Sugar
Vanilla

Prepare jello with boiling water. Stir in miniature marshmallows, large can of drained pineapple. Let almost set. Stir in 5 ounces cheese and 1/2 pint whipped cream. (Add sugar and vanilla to taste.) Serve chilled.
