CLOVER LEAF ROLLS 
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 1/2 pkgs. dry yeast
2 tbsp. shortening
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 c. all-purpose flour

Mix water, yeast together real good. Add shortening, salt, and sugar and mix well.

Add flour and mix good. Let rise in a warm place 15 minutes. Punch dough down and let rise 15 minutes.

Take dough and knead real good. Have muffin pans greased with oil. Roll out dough and cut rolls putting 3 in a muffin tin. Brush with oil. Let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until done.
