CHEESE AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. hash brown potatoes
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 can real bacon bits
1 small carton sour cream
1 chopped onion
1 can cream of potato soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix cheese, bacon bits, sour cream, onion, soup, salt and pepper. Spray casserole dish with Pam. Place hash browns in dish. Spread mixture over potatoes. Bake at 400 degrees until brown and bubbly.
