Score both sides of steak. Pour over Marsala Wine to both sides. May substitute oil and wine vinegar. Sprinkle garlic powder, lemon pepper over both sides. Spread over 1 tablespoon of A-1 steak sauce. Place steak on barbecue or into broiler.

May add sauteed mushrooms over steak the last 6 to 8 minutes of cooking.
