1 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1 c. brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 2 c. flour 2 c. rolled oats 2 c. Rice Krispies 2 c. chocolate chips 1 c. walnuts, chopped 1/2 c. coconut Cream butter and sugars until fluffy; add eggs one at a time, vanilla, flour, soda, baking powder and spices. Then add oats, Rice Krispies, chocolate chips, nuts and coconut. Mix well. Bake immediately or they will be tough. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. |
