CHUCK'S CHOICE POTATO SALAD 
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. mustard (Koop's horseradish style, preferred)
1 tsp. salt
Pepper
2 tbsp. salad dressing (Hellmann's mayonnaise preferred)
1 1/4 tsp. vinegar
1 to 2 tsp. milk, enough to thin dressing

Mix above ingredients together.

3-4 potatoes, boiled or microwaved, peeled and sliced thin
2 tbsp. chopped onion

Combine and mix in dressing.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
