1 can Pillsbury's ready to spread chocolate fudge frosting supreme
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 pkg. Pillsbury's plus devil's food cake mix
1/4 c. water
1/3 c. oil
3 eggs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan. Spread frosting into bottom of prepared pan. Sprinkle nuts over frosting. In a large bowl, blend cake mix, water, and eggs until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Pour batter over frosting in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
