CHICKEN RICE 
4 or 5 boneless, skinned chicken breast
1 c. rice
1 can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup

Place chicken breast in a casserole sprayed with Pam. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add rice and soup and 1 can water. Return to oven for 30 or 40 minutes until rice is tender. Very low fat. Serves 4.
