GRAMMIE'S LEMON MERINGUE PIE 
3 eggs, separated
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Lemon juice to taste
1 (9 inch) pie shell (pastry or graham)
3 tbsp. sugar

Beat egg yolk, add milk and beat well. Add lemon juice to taste. Pour into pie shell. Cover with meringue made by adding 3 tablespoons sugar to beaten egg whites and beating until stiff. Brown in oven preheated to 350 degrees then turned off.
