STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
2 2/3 c. mushroom crowns, stems removed
butter
3 tbsp. minced mushroom stems
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salad oil
1/4 c. minced hard salami
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar, sharp good
1 tbsp. barbeque sauce, smoked
Seasoned bread crumbs

With damp paper towel, wipe crowns clean. Put dab of butter in each cap, set in baking dish. Cut bottom of stems off and mince. Cook with onions in oil 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in next 3 ingredients until cheese begins to melt, remove from heat.

Stuff crowns, sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or broil crowns with butter to melt, then stuff with mixture and top with crumbs and bake at 425 degrees for 6-8 minutes.
