PEAR SALAD 
1 lg. can pears, drained (reserve liquid)
1 pkg. lemon or lime Jello
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. whipping cream

Boil 1 cup pear juice; add Jello and stir until dissolved. Add cream cheese to hot mixture. Mash pears and when Jello begins to gel, fold in pears and whipped cream. Chill until set.
