2 lg. cans white hominy
4 tbsp. chopped onion
2 c. sour cream
2 c. Monterey Jack cheese (grated)
1 can (10 oz.) whole green chilies (Old El Paso)
Salt to taste
4 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. bread crumbs

Mix together (all but last 2 ingredients). Put in 3 quart greased casserole. Sprinkle top with buttered bread crumbs and bake about 40 minutes at 325 degrees.
