MINI PECAN PIES 
CRUST:

3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour

FILLING:

3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 egg
Dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4-1 c. chopped pecans

Mix crust and separate into 12 small balls. Press in muffin tins on bottom and on sides. Fill each tin with approximately 1 tablespoon filling. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
