CINNAMON BEANS WITH BACON 
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 lb. fresh green beans
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash black pepper
2 tbsp. tomato paste
6 slices bacon, fried crisp, crumbled

In saucepan melt butter and saute onion with cinnamon until onion is transparent. Stir in green beans, chicken broth, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until beans are tender. Gently mix in tomato paste and bacon.
