81. REFRIED BEANS

Cook beans in about 6 cups water ... some of the juice and mash with a potato ... These are heated under a broiler or in a small toaster oven.

82. TEX-MEX BEANS

Soak beans overnight. Drain. Cover with water ... refried beans, drain and save bean juice. Mash and add juice back in to get desired consistency.
