Fresh Fruits: strawberries, cherries, green seedless ... cubed cream cheese until melted. Add Grand Marnier. Cook until mixture is just bubbly.

This may be melted in a heavy saucepan or fondue pot but I put it ... Each guest spears fruit onto a fork and dips ... slices or even ladyfingers.
