Use on fish or chicken. Make sure meat is dry and not wet.

If desired, dust fillets in crushed crackers or Parmesan cheese. Mix together, dunk fish and deep fry until brown.

Stir all ingredients until well mixed. Dip fish in it and cook.

In a bowl stir first 5 ingredients. Then, add water and egg. Stir until smooth. Then deep fry and drain on paper towel.

Combine all ingredients and coat fish.



Combine dry ingredients; add water until batter consistency.

Combine flour, baking powder, salt ... smooth. Makes 3 cups batter. May be used for coating onion rings and other vegetables for French frying.

Add water to desired consistency similar to pancakes. Coat fish fillets and deep fry.

Place fish on paper towels and pat ... consistency of pancake batter. In large skillet, heat ... mix well. Makes approximately 1 3/4 cups mix.

Mix all ingredients together. Dip fish or chicken in batter and fry in deep fat or shortening, about 375 degrees.
