This recipe does not use liquid. Toss all ingredients together well and stuff turkey.

Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Yield 1/2 cup.

Rub inside of turkey with salt ... to be sure poultry is fully done. Baste at ... again. Makes 9 cups or enough to stuff a 12 to 14 lb. turkey.
