Preparation time: 5 minutes plus refrigerating.

1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz pasteurized process cheese spread
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. green onion slices

Using wire whisk, blend process cheese spread and sour cream until smooth. Stir in onions. Serve with assorted vegetable dippers or chips. Makes 1 1/2 cups. Variations: Substitute 2 tablespoons chunks salsa for onions. Substitute 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard for onions.
