FRUIT YOGURT COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. fruit yogurt

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1/4 c. baking mix
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. grated orange peel

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Oil an 8"x8"x2" pan or dish. Mix cake ingredients, beat one minute. Spread in pan, sprinkle with Streusel Topping. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, then cut into squares. Serve warm. 9 servings.
