PINEAPPLE CROWNED FRUIT PIE 
1 1/4 c. crushed graham crackers
1/4 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter, melted
2 med. bananas, sliced
Lemon juice
2 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. chopped walnuts

Combine graham crackers, sugar and melted butter until well blended. Press into 9 inch pie plate, forming a high edge. Dip banana slices in lemon juice and arrange in a layer in pie crust. Top with strawberries or other fresh sliced fruit.

In saucepan blend cornstarch into undrained pineapple. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook 1 minute longer and add vanilla. Spoon hot mixture over top of pie. Chill several hours. Before serving, sprinkle with nuts.
