1 c. pinto beans, drain well and mash
1 c. coconut
1 c. sugar
1 c. syrup
1- stick butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 pie shell, unbaked

Mix well, pour into unbaked pie shell and cook at 300°F for about 1 hour.
