CHICKEN FILLED BISCUIT DUMPLINGS 
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. diced chicken
1 can biscuits
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Combine first three ingredients. Roll out each biscuit and place a spoonful of chicken mix in center. Bring up shape of dumpling. Put in kettle and pour the soup over. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and simmer about 1/2 hour. Serve.
