3/4 c. Grape Nuts
1/2 c. warm water
3 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. corn syrup
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 unbaked 9 inch shell
Whipped topping

Combine cereal and water. Let stand until water is absorbed. Blend eggs with sugar. Add syrup, butter and vanilla and salt. Fold into cereal. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
