HONEY APPLE PIE 
Pastry for one 9 inch pie shell, bottom only
1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. flour, divided
1/4 c. honey
1/3 c. heavy cream
4 c. apples, cored, peeled, and cut up
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. butter

Put pastry shell in pie pan. Sprinkle bottom with 1 tablespoon each of sugar and flour. Combine rest of sugar, rest of flour, honey and heavy cream together. Pour over apples, mix well. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Dot with butter. Bake in hot oven at 425 degree for 45 minutes. Tastes great with ice cream.
