HEARTY HAMBURGER SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
4 c. water
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomato, undrained
3 medium carrots, sliced
2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1 c. cut fresh or frozen green beans

In large saucepan, brown beef. Add next 10 ingredients; bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes and carrots are tender. Add beans. Cover and simmer 15 minutes longer or until beans are tender.

Yields 8 servings or 2 quarts.
