BARBECUED CHICKEN 
1 chicken
1 medium-sized onion, chopped
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. catsup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 c. water
dash of salt
1/2 c. chopped celery (if desired)

Cut chicken into serving pieces; brown in hot oil. Remove chicken and sauté onion in oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Place chicken in sauce and bake, uncovered, in 325°F oven for 1 hour.
