TOMATO BISQUE 
2 c. canned tomatoes
4 c. milk
4 tbsp. butter
Pepper
Salt
1 tsp. sugar

Chop tomatoes into small pieces. Place in a saucepan. Add butter, pepper, salt and sugar. Bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes, add milk and boil again. Serve.
